By participating in our programme, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

There is no credit for missed sessions or workshops, including attempts to reschedule for any reason.

Fearless may contact you electronically or otherwise regarding your progress in the programme, as well as to inform you about new products, services, and features.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

If you wish to cancel your participation in our coaching programme, we kindly ask for at least 14 days' notice prior to your next scheduled payment date.

This notice period allows us to process your request in a timely manner and ensure a smooth transition. Please note that once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

This policy helps us to manage our scheduling and resources effectively, ensuring that all participants receive the best possible experience.

The materials and concepts of The Fearless Academy (“Programme”) are designed to help you achieve extraordinary goals. By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Conditions of Membership

You agree to fully participate in the programme, attend the weekly coaching sessions, monthly parents training and use The Fearless Journal daily as well as submitting scores weekly. There is no credit for missed sessions, as this ensures you receive the full benefit of the programme and maximise your chances of achieving your goals.

Helping To Protect Our Intellectual Property and Client Confidentiality

You acknowledge that some information provided during your participation in the programme may be highly sensitive and constitute trade secrets. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from any unauthorised disclosure, use, publication, or dissemination of this confidential information without prior written consent.

Some Of The Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to reschedule the weekly training sessions, webinars, and workshops, as well as substitute coaches. We also reserve the right to decline or terminate your participation in the programme for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility For Your Decisions

The Programme is not a substitute for personal or professional advice. All decisions and actions, and their consequences, are your responsibility.

Release of Liability

You release The Fearless Academy, and their respective officers, directors, owners, and employees, from any and all liability arising from or connected to the Programme.

Media Release

You understand that we may film, photograph, or record programme-related events and activities. You grant us the right to use such media without compensation, and acknowledge that we own all rights to these materials,

Severability

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
